Prepare and Marinate

  1. Place marinade ingredients in a food processor and process into a paste.
  2. Place the chicken and marinade in a ziplock bag and massage well to mix and coat all sides. Marinate for 20 minutes or up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Grill the Chicken

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill each side of chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until good grill marks appear.
  3. Lower heat and move chicken to the cooler side of the grill. Continue to grill until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
