Easy Black Bean Salsa

How to Make the Best Easy Black Bean Salsa

This easy black bean salsa is the perfect appetizer for any gathering. Packed with protein-rich black beans, sweet corn, juicy tomatoes, and a blend of warm spices, this salsa delivers bold Mexican-inspired flavors in every bite. The combination of smoky paprika, earthy cumin, and a hint of chipotle creates a depth of flavor that makes this salsa irresistible.

What sets this recipe apart is its simplicity—no cooking required! Just toss everything together in a bowl, and in under 15 minutes, you have a vibrant, colorful salsa that’s both vegan and gluten-free. The fresh lime juice and zest add a bright, citrusy kick that ties all the flavors together beautifully.

Serve this black bean salsa with crispy tortilla chips, use it as a topping for tacos and burritos, or spoon it over grilled chicken or fish for a fresh, flavorful meal. For an extra creamy touch, fold in some diced avocado just before serving.
